Blacks Leisure Group was in the process of updating a number of key systems including a new HR and Payroll system. Unfortunately shortly after the HR project commenced Blacks lost its Sponsor Director, leaving a significant gap in the leadership of this sizeable and important investment.
Laura and her colleagues came to the projects rescue. They immediately immersed themselves in the project and more importantly became insiders and trusted leaders. Six months later the project was successfully delivered hitting the key objectives and milestones.
They brought a range of skills and experience to the project and our business and Lauras understanding of how to lead and manage a project of this scale was first class. She dealt with all the issues as they arose never shirking from taking difficult and sometimes unpopular decisions.
