- Manage your Employee Exit Plans, including Compromise Agreements, Redundancy and Outplacement arrangements
- Advise you of the best way to manage Grievances and other Employee Relations matters, this can include us actively hearing Grievances as an Independent Body
- Design and introduce Staff Handbooks, Policies and Contracts of Employment including legal compliance and due diligence exercises
