Laura and her colleague was asked to lead a piece of Employee research for Barclays UK Retail Bank. We asked them to provide us with an honest assessment of how much progress our Employees felt we had made in our cultural transformation programme and to recommend areas for us to focus on for the future.
Probably the most striking thing about working with Laura and her colleagues is that they really care about the contribution they make to your business and secondly that they brought a really pragmatic and straight talking approach to their work.
They took a really complex subject and quickly got their arms around it, enabling them to talk to groups of Employees in a really confident and sensitive way. They quickly broke through roadblocks and were relentless about ensuring they delivered on their original commitments.
They were able to ‘call out’ very objectively the views of people across our organisation and in such a way that it formed the foundation of our feedback to the Executive team and subsequent actions.
